Our Sustainable Procurement Strategy sets out how we will use that spending power to:

  • deliver high-quality public services
  • support local businesses
  • strengthen communities
  • create positive environmental outcomes for the city.

The strategy aligns procurement activity with the Council Plan, Liverpool 2040 Vision, the Procurement Act 2023 and wider national and local priorities.
