Standard terms and conditions

Liverpool City Council uses standard terms and conditions when purchasing goods and services.

These terms and conditions will apply unless an alternative contract or bespoke agreement has been agreed between the Council and the supplier.

Suppliers should ensure they have read and understood the relevant terms and conditions before entering into a contract with the Council.
