View current tender opportunities on the Proactis ProContract procurement portal.
How to find current tender opportunities
- Go to the Proactis ProContract website.
- Select Liverpool City Council from the organisation list.
- Browse and select an opportunity to view timescales, requirements and submission details.
Don't see any opportunities? Check back regularly as new opportunities are added throughout the year.
How to submit a tender
To respond to opportunities on the portal you'll need to register for an account.
With an account you can:
- register your interest in opportunities
- access procurement documents and supporting information
- submit responses electronically
- manage your supplier profile
- create alerts for relevant opportunities

If you're new to bidding for public sector contracts, you can register for a GOV.UK One Login account and familiarise yourself with the Central Digital Platform (Find a Tender).
The Central Digital Platform allows you to:
- register supplier information
- access procurement notices
- search for public sector opportunities
- receive updates and notifications

- Proactis ProContract portal: for advertising most of our procurement opportunities
- External procurement platforms: for frameworks and other approved procurement routes
- Central Digital Platform and national platforms: when required by legislation
