We provide free weekly fun activities for parents, carers and their children and support and advice for families and expectant parents in the Croxteth and Fazakerley areas.
If you've never used a children's centre before you'll need to register your details before accessing services. Complete your registration online or visit your nearest children's centre to register.

A session for children 0-4 years encouraging speech and language development through informal sessions of songs, rhymes, stories, and crafts.

You and Me, Mum
Croxteth CC and Fazakerley CC
Have you have experienced domestic abuse? Fazakerley and Croxteth Children’s Centre can support you. We offer one-to-one support and deliver a 10-week 'You and Me, Mum' course to identify the effects of domestic abuse on children.

A 6-week programme to support speech and language development for children aged 2 to 4 years.

SWAN Support Group
Croxteth CC
Support with additional needs. If you have a child with additional needs, come along to a safe and stimulating environment. Receive guidance from our experienced team and other specialist agencies. Your children can enjoy activities and you can meet new friends.

Growing Stronger Together

A 4-week course for adults to help people build resilience for, and protection from Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES). A strength based approach to prevent ACES and support children and adults who may be affected.

Tiny Tasters and Mighty Movers

A course for children aged 2 to 4 years. Aimed to promote healthy eating and physical activity. Come along and make some healthy recipes to taste and enjoy. Then we will get your little ones moving and grooving in Mighty Movers, exploring movement and music.

We run accredited courses on family matters, preparing for baby, healthy lifestyles and preparing for work. We also provide advice on the following:
- 2 year nursery funding - criteria and advice.
- Fostering - All kinds of people foster - could you? Contact us for information, guidance and applications.
- SEN - Support for children with speech and language difficulties as well as support for children with special/additional needs.
- Development Matters - A chance to have a chat about any worries about your child's development with our SEND link worker.
- Sensory room - phone the centre to book 30- or 60-minute sessions.

- Local job search
- One to one support for pregnant teenagers and teenage parents
- Advice and support - postnatal depression, stop smoking, breastfeeding, targeted sleep advice, benefits, parenting advice, outreach and support in local schools.
- Domestic Abuse - If you have experienced Domestic Abuse, we can offer you advice, support and help. Contact the centre on 233 3705.
