Bath Street transport intervention consultation results
The Bath Street consultation ran from February to March 2025.
We asked
We asked for your views on proposals to create an improved cycle path and walking facilities along Bath Street and Waterloo Road which will join up with the existing scheme on The Strand and at Regent Road.
The plans also proposed to upgrade the area known as the Bath Street Triangle with new planting and places to sit and improved access for people with prams and wheelchair users. New dedicated controlled pedestrian crossings were also proposed at William Jessop Way and along Waterloo Road.
This scheme is part of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s ambition to create 600km of Active Travel infrastructure throughout the region, to better connect communities, provide a wider range of safe travel choices, reduce congestion and improve health.
