The council held a consultation on whether to confirm a compulsory purchase order allowing it to acquire 7 Beaconsfield Street, Liverpool, for the purpose of enabling the redevelopment or reuse of the property to provide housing.

No responses were received to the consultation during the above period. 

We did

Following the consultation the council gained approval from the Secretary of State to confirm the compulsory purchase order itself. The council has now confirmed the order and a copy of the confirmed order and plan, and the associated notice of confirmation can be downloaded below.
