Book a commercial pest control visit
We provide a full range of commercial pest control services for landlords, businesses and schools, including clearance of contaminated properties, drain testing, consultancy and pest audits. We cover Liverpool and the wider city region.
Pests treated under our commercial service include:
- Ants
- Bed bugs
- Bird proofing (not bird control)
- Cockroaches
- Fleas
- Mice
- Rats
- Wasps
You cannot request a visit or treatment if:
- the problem has been treated in the last month, or is being treated by another pest control provider.
- the premises is subject to investigation or enforcement action.
Treatment costs

*Treatment for seasonal pests takes place from 1st July to 31st October. Visits booked and paid for outside of these dates are non-refundable.
Other pests
Costs for other pests depends on the type and severity of the infestation, and the number of treatments needed - this may be up to 3 visits.
We will provide a quotation after a site survey and arrange treatment on acceptance of the quote.
In some cases, a site survey may not be needed - we will let you know if this is the case.

What happens next?
We will review your request and contact you within 5 working days with details of next steps.
- We will email you to confirm your site survey appointment.
- The landlord or owner must make sure that an adult over 18 is present at the time of any visit. You can delegate this to a tenant or other appropriate adult. See terms and conditions for more information.
What happens during a site survey visit?
A pest control officer will carry out a survey to identify the type and extent of the pest infestation.
For rat issues, if we believe the contributing factor is due to a drain defect we may recommend a drain survey.
After the visit, we will email you details of the cost and treatment schedule, or arrange a drain survey if this is something you have agreed to.
If you don't accept the quote within 5 days of receiving it, the case will be closed.
Once accepted, we will arrange a date to carry out the pest control treatment. We will ask you to provide billing details before treatment starts.
