Phone and pay service ceasing operations

From Wednesday 24th July customers will not be able to use Phone and Pay at car parks and on-street parking across the city. Registered users will be notified of this change by Phone and Pay. Instead, you can register for your preferred parking payment app in advance or by following the instructions that will be in place on our pay and display machines, from 24th July. Cash, card and contactless payments will still be available.

Council car parks Find city centre car parks and disabled parking bays run by the council.
On-street parking bays On-street pay and display and Blue Badge bays - find out where these are.
Paying for parking Pay to park in all on-street bays and most council car parks using your preferred mobile app.
Blue badge parking bays If you have a blue badge you can park in any on street Pay and Display bays and in most of the city's Pay and Display car parks free of charge, with no time limit
Controlled parking zones A controlled parking zone (CPZ) is an area where all on street parking is controlled. When you enter a zone there are entry signs to tell you what restrictions apply.
