Regulation 18 - Scoping
We announce the preparation of a new Local Plan. We invite feedback on what it should contain.

Regulation 18 - Informal Draft Plan
Launch of a consultation. We ask for views on the Informal Draft Local Plan.

Regulation 19, 20, 22 and 24 - Submission Local Plan and examination
We publish a Submission Draft Local Plan is and invite comments on it. Government examination of this draft by an independent inspector.

Regulation 25 and 26 - Inspector's Report and Adoption
Inspector publishes their report. The council adopts the new Local Plan.
