Our Ways to Work team can help you take steps towards employment.
Our friendly, expert career advisers can give you one-to-one support. Their job is to listen to, motivate and guide you at your own pace. Together you will:
- look at your current circumstances
- discuss your aspirations and explore your areas of interest
- help you find volunteering opportunities
- find flexible or part-time work or training that will build your skills and confidence
- look for support with physical or mental health conditions or money matters
