The Licensing and Regulations (LAR) Portal is unavailable due to essential maintenance. This disruption affects a range of services, including landlord licensing applications, animal welfare, the ability to search and track planning applications, and the submission of food hygiene, housing, noise, and other environmental health complaints.

Find out if a property has been granted an HMO licence or Selective licence by searching our licence register on LAR, our licensing and regulations portal.

You will need to select the ‘Licence Register’ tab and then search using the property details. You do not need to have an account with LAR to use this search.
