Register of licensed properties
Use the search on our Licensing and Regulations (LAR) system to find out if a property has been granted a licence.
Select the 'Licence Register' tab and then 'Selective Licence' from the 'Licence Type' dropdown. You can search by address or licensee name.

This register is published as a requirement under Section 232 of the Housing Act 2004, Regulation 11 of the Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006.
