If anti-social behaviour is causing alarm or distress to you or the community where you live you should report it.

Types of issues we can deal with
The following are examples of anti-social behaviour you can report to us:
- youths or adults causing annoyance or congregating together in groups
- youths or adults using foul, abusive or threatening language or behaviour
- loud parties spilling onto the streets
- disturbances outside the boundaries of the property
- neighbour disputes
- mediation
Types of issues we will not deal with
We cannot deal with reports of everyday living noise or lifestyle differences, and will not respond to complaints of:
- noise from children when they are playing including football
- sounds of normal day-to-day living that we can hear such as opening and closing of doors, going up and down stairs, walking across wooden floors, banging doors, arguments or shouting within the family home, noise from household appliances
- family disputes
- babies crying
- smells from cooking, one-off parties such as BBQs, or birthday or Christmas parties - providing they don’t cause an unacceptable disturbance
- minor personal differences such as dirty looks or fallouts between children
- clashes of lifestyles, including cultural differences
- putting rubbish out on the wrong day
- vehicle nuisance, revving engines, loud music from in car, careless driving, racing
- rough sleeping, homelessness, begging or aggressive begging
- drug dealing or drug use
- car parking issues
