Register for e-billing
Paperless billing means you can stop receiving a paper bill and start receiving your bill via e-mail. E-billing is the fast, efficient, environmentally friendly way to receive your bills.
Get your bills by email
If you already have an online Council Tax account, sign in and switch to paperless billing in your preferences.
If you don't already have an online account, you can either create one or just request to receive your bills by email.
When you enter the system, select the dropdown 'Bills and payments' and then 'Apply for paperless billing'.

What happens next?
Once you have registered we will e-mail you when there is a new or amended bill. If you move within Liverpool, your e-billing request will continue at your new address.
Each person named on the bill can receive their own copy if they register and provide their e-mail address.
