The council held a consultation on whether to confirm a compulsory purchase order allowing it to acquire 309 Lower Breck Road, Liverpool for the purpose of providing housing accommodation.

No responses were received during the consultation period. 

We did

Following the consultation the council gained approval from the Secretary of State to confirm the compulsory purchase order itself.

The council has now confirmed the order and a copy of the confirmed order and plan, and the associated notice of confirmation can be downloaded below.
