Values and behaviours competency framework

We also have a values and behaviours competency framework. This is a set of core behaviours which define how we are all expected to approach our work, how we perform in certain situations and how we treat each other.

Each competency details the standards of behaviours and skills required by all staff and this, in turn, supports the delivery of our aims and our council plan, linking them together with our values.
