Help with council services
We know that some people need a little help to access council services, such as make a payment, book an appointment, or complete an application online. That's why staff in four of our branch libraries are on hand to help.
What help is on offer?
If you need help completing an online task on this website, just drop into Allerton Library, Garston Library, Norris Green Library or Speke Parklands Library. See our branch library locations and opening times.
Library staff will be happy to help you do the following:
- Pay for a council service – for instance, pay your council tax, or pay for a parking permit.
- Upload a document for an online application – such as a benefit or Blue Badge application.
- Request a service online – such as a bulky item collection.
- Report an issue online – from street issues to poor housing conditions and environmental problems.
- Contact a council service online.

For support with anything else, you can make an appointment to meet an adviser. Booking lines are open 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
