Help for people with no recourse to public funds

Some people in Liverpool have immigration conditions that mean they cannot access public funds, such as most benefits or housing support. This is known as having no recourse to public funds, or NRPF.

We support residents with NRPF if we have a legal duty to do so. 

How to get support 

Our NRPF Pathway Team works with other council services such as adult social care, children’s social care and housing to support people in need. Social care services decide if you qualify for support from the NRPF Pathway Team.

Social care is for people with care and support needs or children at risk. Social care will refer you to the NRPF Pathway Team if you meet the relevant criteria such as appearance of need or an assessed need.
