Get urgent help
If you need help right now, you are not alone. Find out how to get emergency support with food, housing, health and safety.
Food and essentials
Find a foodbank
Foodbanks can give you food and essential items in an emergency. To get this help, you will normally need to ask a support agency such as your GP, social worker or an advice centre to refer you.
Get a free meal
Local groups offer free or low‑cost meals. You won't need a support agency to refer you.
