Fines and challenges
Coronavirus update - paying a parking fine or permit fee
Please pay online or by phone. We are unable to process cheques at the moment. If you have already sent a cheque, please be aware that the money may come out of your account later than you expect.
Pay a parking fine
The fine is £70 or £50, depending on your offence, and must be paid within 28 days of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) being issued. However, if you pay within 14 days it will be reduced by 50% to £35 or £25 respectively.
View the contravention codes to check the offence and related fine.
Pay your parking fine online using the button below. Please have the PCN to hand as you will need to fill in the unique reference number on it, as well as your car registration.
If you want to pay more than one fine you will need to complete and submit a new form for each fine.
Pay by phone
You can pay via our automated payment line on 0800 023 7082. This line is open 24 hours a day.
Or you can call 0151 233 3011 and speak to an adviser during office hours.
Pay by post
Send a cheque or postal order payable to ‘Liverpool City Council’ with the PCN number written on the back of it to: Liverpool City Council, Parking Services, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
