Parking charge notices not on system

Some parking charge notices are not showing on our system and users cannot pay them online. If you cannot see your notice, please keep checking back. If you are sent a Notice to Owner, please challenge it explaining that you could not pay online. We will then reinstate the 50% reduction.

Pay a parking fine

How much?

The fine is £70 or £50, depending on your offence, and must be paid within 28 days of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) being issued. However, if you pay within 14 days it will be reduced by 50% to £35 or £25 respectively.

Please wait 24 hours before paying the fine online or by phone - if you attempt to pay on the day you receive the fine, the PCN may not yet appear in the system.

Pay your parking fine online using the button below. Please have the PCN to hand as you will need to fill in the unique reference number on it, as well as your car registration.

If you want to pay more than one fine you will need to complete and submit a new form for each fine.

When you log in to pay you will be able to view photographic evidence of your parking contravention.

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, International Maestro, MasterCard, Electron and JCB and you must be registered with 3D Secure 2 (also known as verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) for your payment to be authorised.

Pay by post

Send a cheque or postal order in pounds sterling (GBP) payable to ‘Liverpool City Council’ with the PCN number written on the back of it to: Liverpool City Council, Parking Services, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Please make sure your cheque is signed and dated - we cannot process your payment if it is not. Please do not send cash by post.
