Use WhatsApp to get help with Blue Badges
If you have a question about Blue Badges that is not answered in this section, you can chat to us on WhatsApp from Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm, excluding bank holidays.
You can only use this service to chat to us about Blue Badge related issues. This number does not accept incoming calls.
How to start a WhatsApp chat with us
To start a chat, send a WhatsApp message to 07590 600 444. Alternatively, use the Blue Badge WhatsApp link to launch this service on your mobile or PC.
When starting a chat, please state the name, address and date of birth of the applicant. Repeat these details in each new chat, including when you send us photographic evidence.
How soon will we respond?
We aim to respond to your message within two hours.
