Liverpool's custom and self-build housing register

The Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 states that all local authorities must keep a register of individuals and associations interested in finding land on which they can custom or self build properties.

The register will be used to help assess the appetite for custom and self building in Liverpool.

How we will use your information

The information you provide on your application form will be kept confidential and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The register will not be published.

An annual monitoring report will include a summary of the level of demand for self and custom building in Liverpool by aggregating the information given by all applicants entered on the register.
