- spending more time gambling than you planned
- feeling stressed, anxious or low because of gambling
- hiding your gambling from others
- borrowing money or struggling to pay bills
- finding it hard to cut down or stop
- missing out on important parts of your life

Free and confidential support is available through the NHS Northern Gambling Service. You can get help whether you’re experiencing gambling-related harm or you’re affected by someone else's gambling.
