How to report a safeguarding concern
Professionals should refer to the process for reporting urgent and non-urgent safeguarding concerns.
Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SAR)
A Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) is a multi-agency process which explores what the agencies and people involved in a safeguarding case could have done differently to prevent harm and/or neglect to the adult.
