Appeal a food hygiene rating
You can also request a reassessment once you have made the changes we listed at the inspection. Before making an appeal you should contact us to discuss our original rating decision.
If you still think the food hygiene rating we have given is unfair, you have a right of appeal using the form below. You must appeal within 21 days of being given your rating - this includes weekends and bank holidays.

What happens next?
Once you have submitted the form, we will write to you within 21 days with a decision.
We will then publish the revised rating on the Food Standards Agency website.
