'Our Liverpool' Grant Programme

We are offering a three-year grant to voluntary and community organisations who can help us make both the city and the council migrant-friendly, ensuring people seeking sanctuary in Liverpool can thrive from the day they arrive.

Applications open: Thursday 20th June 2024
Applications close: Friday 2nd August 2024

What are the funding priorities?

Applications must be made under one of our seven grant priority themes below.

  1. Supporting the Needs of People Seeking Sanctuary
  2. Economic Inclusion for All
  3. Fair Access to Housing
  4. Supporting People not Entitled to Public Funds
  5. High Quality Education for All
  6. A Healthy Liverpool for All
  7.  Communities Thriving Together

How much can we apply for?

The total amount of funding available for the entire programme is £450,000 each year — that's £1,350,000 over three years.

We want organisations to apply for three years of funding to develop long-term projects that will make a greater, more sustainable impact for people seeking asylum, refugees and vulnerable migrants.

The maximum amount of funding each organisation can apply for each year is £75,000, or £225,000 over three years. For example, if you make two applications under two funding priorities, they must not total more than £75,000 each year.
