How to complain to Regenda
If you are a tenant of a council-owned social rented property, please complain to Regenda (regenda.org.uk).
What to do if you're not satisfied
If you are still unhappy after following Regenda’s complaints process, please contact the Housing Ombudsman (housing-ombudsman.org.uk).
