Processing permit applications

Your permit will be issued as soon as possible if all required documentation has been provided - please don't call to check on its progress.

Change the name or vehicle on a permit

You can change the name or vehicle details associated with a parking permit.

You will need your existing permit number and PIN to hand.

Your PIN would have been sent to you with confirmation of your original application. If you no longer have these details, please contact Parking Services to request another PIN or visit your local One Stop Shop.
