Maths
We run a range of maths courses for adults over 19 years of age. These courses are free if you are unemployed or earn under £35,864 a year.
Our maths sessions are delivered in a variety of ways — in the classroom, in the classroom and online, or online only. All maths courses require an assessment.
Functional skills maths
We offer courses from Entry Level 2 to Level 2. These courses are designed to help you build practical maths skills, including:
- using numbers and the number system
- using common measures
- shapes and space
- handling data and information
You will learn to apply your mathematical knowledge to solve real-life problems. This nationally recognised qualifications can also help you progress to GCSE.
GCSE maths
We offer both Foundation and Higher GCSE levels. Before enrolling, you will need to complete an initial assessment. If you are not yet ready for GCSE, we can recommend a more suitable course to help you prepare.
