How to appeal
You can submit an appeal online and provide details and supporting evidence why you disagree with the decision. You can upload this, or any documentation we have asked you to provide, when submitting your appeal.
To submit an appeal sign in to your Citizen Portal account - this is the same account you used for applying for travel support or school admissions.
When you enter the system, select the 'Apply for a school travel pass or appeal a decision' tab.

What happens next?
Your application will be reviewed by the appeals panel, who will inform you of their decision in writing within 30 working days.
If you have not heard anything after 30 working days you can email schooltravelappeals@liverpool.gov.uk for an update.
Please note that the appeals panel decision is final.
