If your application for a travel pass has been refused you have the right to appeal.

What happens next?

Your application will be reviewed by the appeals panel, who will inform you of their decision in writing within 30 working days.

If you have not heard anything after 30 working days you can email schoolbustravel@liverpool.gov.uk for an update.
