Personal licence

A personal licence authorises a person to supply alcohol, or allow the supply of alcohol, at a premises with a valid premises licence.

• Request a change to your personal licence You must tell us if you have changed your name, address or if your licence is lost or stolen, so we can issue a replacement licence.
• Personal licence training This QNUK Level 2 Award is delivered by Liverpool City Council’s Licensing and Public Protection service.
• ‘Knockback, Drink Less Enjoy More’ training sessions Free training for anyone in the industry who wants to better understand licensing laws and promote safer drinking.
