‘Knockback, Drink Less Enjoy More’ training sessions
This free training is for anyone in the industry who wants a better understanding of licensing laws and how to promote safer drinking. It gives staff an introduction to licence conditions that relate to the sale of alcohol and their responsibilities.
The sessions last 40-50 minutes and can be delivered at your place of work or chosen venue. On completion, trainees will receive a letter with full details of the training they received for their personal training record.

We are offer face-to-face training but you can also use our free online course.
Launch the free online Knockback course
Please complete the test and then confirm completion, this allows us to monitor who has completed the test. Once this step has been done you will be able to access your certificate to either print or download.

The training is supported by Liverpool City Council, City Safe and the Police Commissioner. The training is applicable to England and Wales.
