Request a change to your premises licence

This process is to request the following administrative changes to your premises licence:

  • Change of name or address of an individual.
  • Change of name or address of a company.
  • Change of premises name.
  • Replacement of lost premises licence/summary or TEN.

You cannot use this process to transfer a licence to another person or company (i.e. under a different company number). If you wish to do this you must apply to transfer a premises licence instead.

How to submit a change request

For each change request, you'll need to pay a fee of £10.50.

1. Pay online first

Choose the relevant option below and this will transfer you to our payment system. Enter your LA reference number, if applicable, and the name and address of the premises to make your payment.

When you have made your payment, you will receive a payment reference number. Make a note of this as you will need it for the next step.

2. Send us details of your change request

When you have made your payment, please email LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk with your current licence details and requested changes. We will also need your payment reference number.

What happens next?

When we have received your payment and change request details we will email you your amended or replacement licence.
