Otterspool Park

Otterspool Promenade is a stunning riverside walk and accompanying area of parkland in South Liverpool. With beautiful views across the River Mersey, the promenade is an ideal place to go for a stroll, walk the dog, cycle or kite flying.

Petting farm, mini-golf, beach area, ride-on jeeps, bouncing pillow, Volvo diggers, mini quad bikes and more. Visit Adventure Centre for activities and opening times.

Choose from the Otters Cafe in Adventure Centre, or the Harvester and Britannia Inn restaurants.

Parks byelaws

So that everyone can enjoy our parks and open spaces we have policies and byelaws in place which cover:

  • Protection of the ground, its wildlife and the public
  • Horses, cycles and vehicles
  • Play areas, games and sports
  • Waterways
  • Model aircraft

Byelaws are local laws made by the council, which means we can issue penalties and act to protect property and individuals.
