-
Is it a lighting emergency?
If you see a lighting issue that is a risk to public safety, please call us to report it.
-
-
Traffic lights
We are responsible for all permanent traffic lights on the roads we maintain. If you spot signals that are faulty or not working, please tell us.
-
Zebra beacons and school crossing patrol signals
We are responsible for beacon lights at Zebra crossings and amber flashing units on school crossing patrol signs.
-
Illuminated traffic signs
Many 'no entry' or 'one way' signs are lit at night so that warnings to motorists are clearly visible. If a sign is not lit or faulty, please tell us.
-
Illuminated and reflective traffic bollards
If an illuminated or reflective traffic bollard is faulty, missing or leaning dangerously into the road, please tell us.
-
Moving a street light
You can apply to have a street light moved to allow access for residential driveways or junctions for new developments.
-
LED lights
We are switching to LED street lights in the Liverpool area. This cuts our costs and saves thousands of tonnes of carbon emissions.
-
Removing items from street lights
As part of our routine maintenance programme, we will remove any unauthorised items that pose a safety risk to pedestrians, cyclists or vehicles.
