Please call us on 0151 233 3001 so we can prioritise these cases.

If the street light has been damaged due to a road traffic collision, tell us the vehicle information such as make, model and registration, if you can.
What happens next?
We will attend emergency reports within 2 hours and urgent reports within 24 hours, and repair it if we can. Most emergency faults normally require follow up repairs, so if we cannot fix it immediately, we will make it safe until we can arrange a full repair.
If the fault is with the electricity supply, we will ask the electricity network provider to carry out the repair. In these cases, the timescales are out of our control, but can take up to 35 working days.
