If you spot lights that are faulty or not working, please tell us.

What happens next?
We will attend emergency reports within 2 hours and repair it if we can. Most emergency faults normally require follow up repairs, so if we cannot fix it immediately, we will make it safe until we can arrange a full repair.
We will inspect other faults within 15 working days.
If the fault is with the electricity supply, we will ask the electricity supplier to carry out the repair. In these cases, the timescales are out of our control, but their typical response time is up to 35 working days.
